My ex- husband name is still on the mortgage

I have been divorced for 5 years. I was awarded the house in the divorce and my ex did sign the quit claim paperwork. The mortgage statements still come in both our names and I am told thta is because I need to refinance. I filed bankruptcy 13 a year after the divorce and am just coming out now. I am afraid that my mortgage company may not approve a refinance because I do not know if credit is an issue.
